MUAY THAI: BEGINNERS

Learn the basics of traditional Muay Thai in a controlled and safe environment with World Champion coaches. The techniques include basic defense, strikes and combinations using punches, elbows, kicks and knees. No special training is needed. You simply join our training sessions with fellow beginners like you in a friendly environment.

THAI BOXING: ALL LEVELS

Ideal for everyone – from beginners to pros.  We divide the class into two groups: beginners and experts, and each group has its own coach who gives instructions suitable for your level. Technique and combinations are the main focus. We adapt them to your level of experience. 

MUAY THAI: ADVANCED

Technique, combinations and pace of work are much higher than in all other classes.  Participants in this class are professional MMA fighters and amateur fighters.  You are expected to be well versed in Muay Thai and will require head coach approval before participating in this class.

Muay Thai is a striking martial art from Thailand that emphasizes striking with all parts of the body including punches, kicks, knees and elbows. 

These classes are a great way to burn calories, lose weight, and build cardio. Classes involve bag work, hitting the pads, partner drills and sparring. Mouthpiece, shin pad, and boxing gloves are a must for this class.
