This 45-minute class is a unique blend of mixed martial arts and strength-training in a single session. Professional MMA fighters and boxers are among the best conditioned athletes on the planet. The cardiovascular and anaerobic demands of the sport end up sculpting very fit, chiseled human beings.

You will do work on our heavy bags and then go straight into a sled push, followed by shadow boxing and “ball slams.” This aim is to elevate your heart rate and burn as many calories as possible in a short amount of time.
The emphasis in this class is on intensity and fitness, and it works at a much faster pace than the regular technique class.
