For example, our co-founder at ACG began training with Scott Synold, our head strength and conditioning coach, roughly 2.5 years ago. At the time, he thought he’d have to quit the sports he loved because of the orthopedic injuries he was dealing with. Since doing strength and conditioning 3x/week, he has lost (and kept off) 20 pounds, has newfound mobility in his lower back, and has not had to give up any of the sports he loves. At 44 years old, he says “I’m in the best shape of my life, hands down.”
Each class is different, but will use strength, cardio, plyometric techniques and more to provide a full body workout. We use a combination of kettlebells, bodyweight, Olympic weightlifting, dumbbells, heavy balls, ropes, sleds and more to make every class exciting and effective. We maintain small classes to insure you practice good and safe techniques and receive maximum attention from the coaches.
